Advantage characteristics:
The NG-type concentrator is a roller-type peripheral transmission concentrator. The large-scale concentrator generally adopts such peripheral transmission. working principle:
(1) The solid particles in the suspension will settle under the action of gravity, and the thickener uses this principle to concentrate the slurry.
(2) Concentration process: The slurry entering the pool gradually forms five different zones, free settling zone B, sediment zone C, concentration zone D, slurry zone E, and clarification zone A. The concentration of the slurry is from the free settlement zone. B started. But the main concentration process is carried out in the concentrated zone D.
