working principle

　　The material enters from the feeding pipe and is sprinkled into the rising airflow through the dispersing plate. The grinding medium debris in the material under the action of gravity overcomes the resistance of the rising airflow and is discharged by the slag discharge port. The air flow with the powder rises to the grading portion, and the guide vanes enter the rotor for classification. The guide vanes can cause the airflow and the powder particles to rotate, pre-stage, and capture the coarse particles from the rotor, and the velocity of the airflow can be evenly distributed throughout the height of the rotor. The coarse particles trapped by the guide vanes fall onto the coarse powder cone and are discharged from the coarse powder outlet, while the fine particles and the air flow pass through the rotor blades into the middle of the rotor, and are sent to the collecting device by the fine powder outlet.
